Rapid Transformational Therapy - RTT
What Is It?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer, a renowned therapist and author. RTT is designed to offer fast and effective results by combining the principles of hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
It aims to address and resolve deep-seated issues, emotional challenges, and behavioral patterns by accessing the subconscious mind. Unlike other therapies which require a weekly, fortnightly or monthly on-going commitment, sometimes for a year and longer, RTT allows the client to witness their own remarkable profound change in shorter time frames.
My Focus
My clients will get the best possible outcome using the rapid, transforming and exciting techniques that RTT offers through my training.
Sessions are done on Zoom so clients can be anywhere in the world (providing it is legal to use hypnosis)
One Session
I have found that individual issues eg, confidence, public speaking, fear of heights and passing exams will just require the one complete session.
More Complex
More complex and deep rooted issues such as anxiety, PDSD, addictions, and stress will require 1 to 3 sessions
Accountability/Mentorship Program
I also have an accountability/mentorship program of 10 sessions to facilitate moving forward and achieving goals.
